So, Christine said I should keep a journal. I'm not sure she meant this, but this is the easiest thing for me to get away with.
I'm sitting alone in my office. Feeling depressed about this all. I don't think I actually have the attention span to think about calories, fat, fiber, AND carbs. I was using JUST calories as my guideline last week, but then Christine charted out a day of food and I killed my supposedly "daily fat intake" with a (500 calorie) tuna salad sandwich from Pax. Bleh. At least it's nice to be eating all this FreshDirect stuff. I have been enjoying that a lot. It is much tastier than any kind of Lean Cuisine stuff. HOWEVER, I was just on their website and they were saying that you should not freeze the meals. Which... uh... I have been doing. I'm hoping that somehow the freezer won't give me cancer or something like that. I hope it's more that they don't want you to undercook your food by having to defrost it first. Also they can't live up to their "4-Minute Meals!" if you're defrosting. However, I don't care about that. Obviously. I emailed their help desk and they say their usual response time is between 1 and 3 hours. So hopefully I will have wisdom soon.
Back to work.
