Sounds...Congrats on the success with your exercise! Sounds like your fitting a lot in. Perhaps if you are stuck in a plateau give a cleanse a try, I hear they are good for breaking plateau's. Yes, even fruit was out. You can't go wrong with the veggie and protein plan. Just be sure to get those good healthy fats. You've really done a great job on your quest.
